Return & Refund

1. Not Happy with Your Order

If you are not happy with your purchase or it seems to be different than what you expected, please email us at sale@graphicfans.com. Our customer service team will review your request and send out further instructions to make sure you have the best experience with your Graphicfans orders.

2. Damaged or Low-Quality Items

For any defective products, you can send us an e-mail at sale@graphicfans.com for better advice (reprint or refund). If the item you received has the below cases,  please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order without going through returns:

  • Wrong item
  • Damaged/ defective products

What should you do? Contact us within 7 days since you getting your items by sending an email to sale@graphicfans.com and include the following information (this is required):

  • Your order/invoice ID
  • In case you get a wrong item/ damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received.

We will issue a refund if you do not want a new item for the above cases only. You don't need to return the wrong item/ damaged item. And your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Did not receive your product

If your delivery is delayed than expected, you do have the right to request a refund or a new replacement for that order. Please email us at sale@graphicfans.com and provide your order information, we will assist you with the highest priority. 
 
Note:
- Your request must be submitted to our team within 1 month since you placed the order. After that time, the tracking information might be expired so it will be impossible for us to assist you further.
- In case we proceed with a refund. It will go back to your account in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s progress.

4. No refund/reprint in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, and not picking up the packages as requested)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
  • If 30 days have gone by since you got your items

5. Return & Refund request without any reason.

  • Contact us for the return address.  
  • Customer should pay the return charge fee.
  • As the products are made to order one by one, customers need to pay the penalty 15% of item price. And there is no refund for freight.
  • Customer should return unused item in 15 days.
